1 cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
dash of salt
2 cups skim (fat free) milk
5 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1 tb plus 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, gelatin & salt in a medium saucepan; Add milk & let stand 1 minute.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until gelatin & sugar are dissolved. Let cool

Stir in yogurt & vanilla, then chill.

Pour chilled mix into ice cream maker & freeze according to machine's directions.

Serve immediately
