Four Chicken Thighs
1 cup Corn Starch
1/2cup Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all liquid ingredients in a plastic bag. Marinate chicken in half of sauce for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Toss chicken with corn starch. Heat additional sesame oil in a Dutch oven on medium heat. Cook chicken two at a time about ten minutes on each side until chicken is browned and no longer pink in the middle. Coat with reserved sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with boiled rice.
