3 Eggs
2 tsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Harissa Paste
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat 10" Carbon Steel or non-stick skillet to 350 degrees F.

Whisk all ingredients except butter to combine. Melt butter in skillet, then pour egg mix in skillet. Wait 30-seconds; then fold with spatula; wait 10-seconds and fold; wait 10-seconds and fold; wait 5-seconds and fold; wait 5-seconds and fold. Serve.
