1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 T soy sauce
1 can Veg-all
2 cups rice, cooked
1 egg per serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat. Add cooked rice, vegetables and soy sauce. Fry eggs per preference (over easy is the best). Plate the rice mixture and lay fried egg on top before serving. Serve with soy sauce to taste.
