2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 onion, diced
1 hot pepper, chopped finely
1 pound ground pork
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup water
8 small gold potatoes (about 1 pound)

In the Foodi, add oil and allow it a minute to heat up on saute. Add the cumin and mustard seeds. Once they are brown, add the onions and the hot pepper. Stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until the onions begin to brown. Add the ground meat, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the meat is mostly browned. Add the spices, give everything a good mix, and then add the vinegar, water, and potatoes. Secure the lid, close the pressure valve, and cook for 10 minutes at high pressure. Do a quick release.
