2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 scant C oil
3 c apples, chopped
1 c walnuts
2 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1 t soda
salt
cinnamon/sugar mixture
butterscoth chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cinnamon/sugar mixture and butterscotch chips togethr. Pour into greased tube pan. Top with the rest and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
