7 T butter, melted
1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
3 T flour
¾ cup light corn syrup
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together butter, brown sugar, flour and corn syrup, microwave for 3 minutes, stir well. Microwave additional 2-3 minutes until sugar is dissolved, add evaporated milk and pecans, stir well. Makes 3 cups, store in refrigerator for up to three weeks. This can be used on ice cream, bread pudding, cheesecake, brownies, etc.
