1 C brown sugar
½ C butter
2½ C coarsely crushed corn flakes
½ gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt brown sugar, butter and corn flakes together in microwave or on stove top, and stir until combined. Spread slightly less than ½ of the mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cut ½ gallon vanilla ice cream into slices about ½ - ¾ in wide and lay over corn flake mixture until covered. Spread remaining mixture on top of ice cream and press into ice cream slightly. Cover and freeze until ready to serve. To serve: Place dollop of whipped cream on each piece of ice cream. Drizzle with honey and place a cherry on top.
