½ c. butter
½ tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 T. minced onion
2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then put mixture in 9"x13" pan and bake for 1 hour.
