2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
2 - 4 T sugar (2 if making dressing)
2 T baking powder
2 t salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups milk
2/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
This will make a small 9 X 13 pan of cornbread. Half recipe for 8 X 8 pan.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease an 9 X 13 baking pan. Mix all dry ingredients together with whisk or fork. Mix wet ingredients separately and then pour into dry ingredients. Stir just until mixed and quickly pour into the prepared baking pan. Spread evenly and bake approximately 20 minutes or unto toothpick (or knife) entered comes out clean.
