Ingredients:  
1 (2.5 lbs or so) fryer cut up, or 4 chicken breasts if desired.
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
1 16 oz. can crushed or chopped tomato
1 8oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour. Heat oil in large skillit over medium heat.
Add chicken and brown on all sides. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 20-30
minutes or until chicken is fork tender.

Serve with spaghetti.
