15 oz Blue Cheese, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp pimento pepper
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Form into a ball & Wrap in plastic wrap & store in refrigerator while toasting pecans

Toast pecans in 350º oven for about 5 minutes - watch closely, they burn easily!!

Roll cheese in cooled, toasted pecans & refrigerate overnight.

Keeps well for some time
