1 stick of butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz) can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

ICING:
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1+1/2 sticks butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
9 TB evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream together butter & sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition

Add syrup & vanilla & mix well.

Sift together flour & baking powder.

Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.

Pour into a well greased & floured 13 x 9 pan.

Bake 30 minutes - lower temp to 325º after first 10 minutes

Immediately after removing cake from oven cover cake with white or colored mini marshmellows & nuts.

Make ICING by melting chocolate & butter in a pan.
Add vanilla, sugar & milk & beat with a mixer. Add more milk if not creamy enough
Spread on top of marshmellows & nuts & let cool completely until serves
