Ingredients:  
1 (3 oz) pkg Peach gelatin
3/4 cup peach ice cream
1 (4 serving size) pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip
1 baked 8" pie shell, cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water

Add ice cream & stir until melted.

In a small bowl, add milk & pudding & beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Then add gelatin & continue mixing until thick & fluffy

Fold in whipped topping then spoon into pie shell

Chill for atleast 2 hours

Serve with more cool whip garnished with peaches & raspberries if desired
