2+1/2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz) jar None Such Ready to use Mincemeat
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups ( 1 pound) mixed candied fruit
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º

Grease a 9" tube pan; line with wax paper then grease again or use generously greased & floured 10" fluted tube pan.

Sift together flour & baking soda; Set aside

In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients then add in dry ingredients & mix well.

Pour into the prepared pan & bake 1 hour & 15 minutes to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean

Cool 15 minutes before turning out of the pan
