2 c white vinegar
2/3 c sugar
1 TBS salt
4 c cooked corn (8 ears)
2 c diced mixed red and green bell peppers (2 large)
3/4 c diced celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1 TBS dry mustard
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
6 (8 oz) half-pint glass jars and lids and bands

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare boiling water caner. Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add corn, peppers, celery, onion, mustard, celery seeds, and turmeric. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Ladle hot relish into hot jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Place jar in boiling water canner. Process jars 15 minutes. Turn off heat and remove lid and let jars stand 5 minutes. Remove jars and cool.
