¾ c. Flour
7/4 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tbsp. Sugar
½-¾ c. Milk
1 Egg
1 ½ tbsp. Butter, melted
¾ c. berries, chocolate chips (for adding while cooking)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together. Then, creating a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, add the egg, milk and melted butter. Fold ingredients together until a batter forms. Some lumps are ok.

In a fry pan on medium-low heat, add some more butter, When melted and forming bubbles, add about ¼ cup batter to the pan, let settle. Add berries/chips, if preferred, at this time. When batter starting to bubble through, flip. Let cook until light golden brown on both sides.
