1 pound ground beef
1 egg
2 TB Wesson oil
4 carrots
1 pkg frozen green beans
1 TB flour
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 large onion, quartered
2 potatoes, quartered
1 cup water
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, 1+1/2 tsp salt, pepper, W. sauce, & 1/2 cup tomato sauce.

Shape into 16 balls. Brown in a large skillet.

Add vegetables, water, & 1 TB salt.

Pour the remaining sauce over meat & veggies, cover & simmer for 1 hour, stirring occassionally.

Remove 1/2 cup of sauce & mix with flour then pour back into stew. Stir over low heat until gravy/sauce thickens

Serve immediately
