5 TB olive oil
5 TB red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 large chopped fresh garlic
1+1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn
1+1/4 pound plum tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. penne pasta , freshly cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
whisk 4 TB oil, vinegar, basil & garlic in a bowl to blend.

Heat remaining oil over medium heat. Addcorn & saute 3 minutes.

Add corn to dressing in bowl.

Add tomatoes, pasta & cheese to bowl & toss to blend.

Season with salt & pepper
