2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
4 (4.5 oz) cans mushrooms, sliced & drained
1 envelope RABCH salad dressing Mix
Fresh Parsley, minced
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except parsley & ctackers

Spread into a greased 9" pie plate

Bake, uncovered at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes or until cheeseis completely melted.

Sprinkle with parsley & serve with crackers

DONOT USE LOWFAT OR FAT FREE MAYONNAISE
