12 pitted dates
4 eggs
1 medium zucchini cut in half, seeds scraped out and cut into chunks
1/4 c butter
1 t vanilla
1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda
-pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375º
2. Place the dates, eggs, zucchini chunks, butter and vanilla in food processor. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the almond flour, cacao powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt and blend until smooth and thick.
4. Pour the batter into a well greased regular sized loaf pan.
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center come out clean with a toothpick.
6. Let cool then enjoy.
