5-10 cloves minced garlic
1 finely minced onion
3 ribs of finely mined celery
2 Tablespoons creole seasoning
2 Tablespoons Rosemary leaves
3-4 Tablespoons parsley

5 lbs. raw peeled & deveined Shrimp
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
6 oz good beer
1/2 Worcester sauce

2 pounds butter (8 sticks)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of butter in a large pan and saute the first 6 items for 2-3 minutes. Melt the rest of the butter add beer lemon juice & Worcester sauce.

Place shrimp in oven proof dishes and cover with butter sauce. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 15 minute or until shrimp turns pink.

Serve in big bowls with lots of French bread and rice.
