1 large rump or chuck beef roast (stew meat is okay)
1 pkg Good Season's Italian Dressing (dry mix)
1 pkg French's Brown Gravy Mix (dry)
1 Jar hot salad peppers
1 can of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all sides of your roast. Place in crock pot with all of the rest of ingredients and cook all day. Shred meat and serve on rolls.
