2 cans whole green chilis
4-6 whole eggs
1 pound sliced jack or cheddar cheese
4 Tablespoons flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole dish.

Layer chili, cheese, ending with cheese on top.

Mix milk and flour as a white sauce then beat whole eggs one at a time into the milk mixture. Pour egg & milk mixture slowly over cheese & peppers.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 1 hour or until the top is brown.
