Ingredients:  
2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken (great use for leftovers)
1 dozen corn tortilla
1 chopped onion
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of chicken broth
2 cans of chopped green Chile (we like 8 oz of Sandia Hot green Chile)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion in butter unti tender then add soups, broth and chopped chicken.

Layer soup mixture, torn tortillas and grated cheese 3 times.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake uncovered for an hour, start checking at 45 minutes.
