Notes: Leffy and I went to school from kindergarten to High school together. Leffy beat me in every class from kindergarten to graduating high school. In high school geometry Leffy and I went through the whole year without missing a question. On the final exam, Mrs Wyndham gives us a bonus question. I got it and Leffy didn't. It was not a big deal for Leffy, but it was huge for me! I have never been so proud. I can still remember the question!
I use this dish with my Osso Buco. It is perfect. I do it earlier in the day and reheat it. (or the day before)
