Ingredients:  
1 pound can of pink or red salmon (or leftover salmon) remove any bones or skin & drain well
8 oz package cream cheese
2 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Chopped pecans
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except the pecans and parsley.

Roll into 2 balls then roll in the chopped nuts and parsley.

Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.

These can be frozen and are a great way to use left over salmon.

Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
