1 cup of chopped pecans
2 8oz pkg of cream cheese softened
1 (8.5 oz) can of crushed pineapple drained
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 Cup of finely chopped green bell pepper
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, shape into a ball and roll in additional chopped pecans.

Wrap and refrigerate several hours before serving.

Serve with Sociable Crackers or something similar.
