6 TB coarsely chopped walnuts
2+1/4 )aprox1 pound) halved brussel sprouts
3 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Toast walnuts in a small skillet over medium heat until lightly brown - aprox 3 minutes. Remove from heat

Steam Brussel sprouts until tender (about 10 minutes)

Add cauliflower & steam for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain

Add seasonings to veggies in a medium serving bowl. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts
