4 pounds(13 cups) cubed red potatoes (cleaned but not peeled)
1/2 cup sour cream (lowfat OK)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 TB softened butter
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp each dried basil & parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp fresh ground black [e[[er
1/4 tsp dried dill

Directions:

Cover potaoes with water & bring to a boil. Lower heat & simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain

Place potatoes in a large bowl & add all the remaining ingredients.

Mash with a potato masher until desired consistency
