2 c chopped potatoes
1 c diced celery
3 c grated beets
1 c chopped carrots
1 c shredded cabbage
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c dill and parsley, fresh
5 c cold water (monitor water amount, just enough to cover all of the veggies
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 c beef soup broth
2 tbsp margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Worchestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp vinegar

sour cream to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions, celery and cabbage in margarine for 10 minutes, add in garlic.

Add in other vegetables.

Add in stewed tomatoes, tomato soup and beef broth.

Combine all other ingredients in stock pot and bring to a boil. Add water to monitor stock levels.
