SALAD
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pound fresh spinach, washed & dried

DRESSING
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. green onions, minced
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. paprika
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
¼ cup vinegar

Directions:

Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate the dressing mixture for two hours or more. The dressing will thicken, but thins when tossed with salad. Tear spinach into pieces and mix with strawberries. Just prior to serving, add dressing. Optional grilled chicken breast slices can also be added on top of the salad for a meal.
