1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c club soda
¾ c oil
1 c chopped pecans

Frosting
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 c milk
1 container Cool Whip (8oz)

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour a 10" fluted tube pan.

Combine first 5 ingredients, beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.

Frosting

Combine pudding mix and milk, beat on low speed to 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake.
