½ cup melted butter
1 (4½ oz) can sliced mushrooms, reserving liquid
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, reserving liquid
1 cup long grained rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and butter and stir well. Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquid. Add enough water to reserved liquid to equal 1½ cups. Mix all ingredients together in a 10" x 10" oven proof dish, cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually cook this with my Oven Chicken. I can put the rice dish together and put it in the oven before I start on the Chicken dish. I can then put the chicken dish in the same oven and they both get done at the same time. If you have all of the ingredients ready, you can prepare this dinner in about 7 or 8 minutes and it is really good!
