2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 pound ground beef
2 cup boiling water
2 TB butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 cup sliced olives
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1 (12 oz,) can whole kernel corn , drained
1/2 tsp salt
dash of cayenne powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese
paprika

Preheat oven to 350º

Bring water to rapid boil & add cornmeal, stirring constantly. Cook until thick

Remove from heat & set aside

Melt butter in skillet & cook onion & beef until meat browns. Add the remaining ingredients & stir until well blended. Taste for seasoning

Line a deep casserole with part of the cornmeal mush.

Add meat mixture.

Drop remaining cornmeal mush on top of meat & around the edge

Sprinkle with cheese & paprika.

Bake for an hour
