Meat Loaf / Balls

1 lb. Ground beef
1 Egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Yellow Mustard
¼ c. Milk
1 c. Bread Crumbs
1 small Onion
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
¼ c. Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl until just mixed. If preparing meatloaf, press meat into a greased bread pan. If preparing meat balls, shape meat mixture into 2" balls and place in a 10x10 greased glass dish. Bake for 30 minutes, while covered. While baking, prepare sauce.

1 small Onion
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Yellow Mustard
1 c. Ketchup
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to a saucepan, stir over medium-high heat until starting to bubble, then reduce to low heat. After 30 minutes, add sauce to the meatloaf, and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
