5 lbs potatoes cooked and sliced
½ -1 onion chopped
salt & pepper


Dressing:
1 lb cooked bacon - keep grease!
1½ cup white vinegar
¼ cup water
½ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
* Put potatoes, onion, salt and pepper into large bowl and set aside.
* Mix dressing ingredients including bacon grease.
* When ready to eat, heat dressing and gently toss into potatoes.
