5.oz.150g.Margarine.
5.oz.150g.Caster Sugar.
5.oz.150g.Self raising Flour.
1.tspn. Baking Powder.
2.Eggs.
2.Ripe Bananas.
Icing Sugar.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add mashed bananas and egg.
Stir in flour.
Put into a greased loaf tin.
Cook for 30mins.
Gas.4.
180° .
Make a thin icing and drizzle over cake while still warm.
