9 cups rolled oats
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp salt
3 cups whole milk
6 eggs
1 1/4 cup oil
4 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together oats, sugars, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Mix together milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir in dried cranberries and nuts.
Pour into dry mixture and mix together.
Spread into 2 9X13 baking pans and bake for about an hour.
If it overbrowns, reduce temperature to 300 degrees.
Recipe can be cut in half and it usually takes a little over an hour to bake.
