4.oz.100g.Caster Sugar.
1.tspn.Baking Powder.
2.oz.50g.Sultanas.
1/4.pt.5fl.oz.Milk.
1.Egg..

Directions:
Directions:
Rub butter into flour, baking powder and sugar.
Stir in sultanas.
Slowly add enough milk and beaten egg to form a stiff dough
Roll out mixture and cut out scones.
Place on a tray and egg wash.
Cook for 15-20 mins.
