Dough:
3 1/2 c. Warm water
3/4 c. Sugar
6 T. Yeast
1 T. Salt
1/3 c. Unsalted butter (softened)
3 eggs
10 c. Flour (all-purpose)

Filling:
1 c. Sugar
1 T. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Butter (melted)

Icing:
2 T. Vanilla
6 c. Powdered sugar
Milk (enough to bring together. Add one tablespoon at a time)

Mix together water, yeast, sugar and softened butter in bowl or stand mixer equipped with a dough hook. Let sit for 15 min. Mix in flour, salt and eggs. When dough forms a ball, turn out onto oiled board or lightly floured counter and divide in half.

Press half the dough into a rectangle. Spread 1/2 of melted butter for filling onto dough and sprinkle half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture to cover rectangle.

Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls and place on greased baking sheet.

Repeat with other half of dough

Let pans rise for 1 hr. (Rolls will double in size)

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min or until not doughy.

Let rest for 10 min or so then ice.
