1 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 egg Plus 1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar ( I add 1 tbsp)
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ tsp kosher salt
2 ¾ cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar for 2-3 mins.
Add all ingredients expect flour.
Mix all well then dd flour, mix well.
Roll into balls of your size into cinnamon & sugar.
Bake @ 375 for 11 ins.
Cool for 5 mins
(optional when done & cool top cookie into cinnamon & sugar mixture to give it more cinnamon and sugar favor)
