Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Double if making for 4 or more people.

2 cups stock (chicken, beef or veggie)
3 T cornstarch
1 t onion powder
1 t soy sauce
1 T milk (half and half or cream if you have it)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except milk in a saucepan with a whisk or fork until lumps are gone. Simmer over medium heat until thick. Could take up to 7 - 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add milk.

If you prefer giblet gravy, put giblets in a saucepan. Cover with water (at least two cups) and boil. Remove giblets reserving the water (use this for stock). Chop giblets removing bones and put aside. Prepare brown gravy per instructions replacing soy sauce with salt to taste (maybe 1/2 t). When thickened return giblets to the gravy and heat.

**If you need to make it thicker, mix 1 t of corn starch into a little water, maybe 1/4 cup, until lumps are gone and add to the gravy. To make it thinner, add more chicken stock or water starting with a small amount.
