4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
20 thin slices fresh Mozzarella cheese
20 fresh basil leaves, chopped
20 kalamata olives
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Alternate and overlap the tomato slices and cheese on a platter.

Sprinkle the basil over. Scatter olives over the salad. Drizzle olive oil over entire salad.

Season with salt and pepper

Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
