4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1.5 lbs
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each black pepper and garlic powder
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. additional water
1/4 c. sour cream

Directions:

Wipe chops with damp paper toweling.
In a bag, combine flour, rosemary, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Add chops and shake to coat evenly. Reserve remaining mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chops and brown on both sides. Add water. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
Remove chops to serving platter. Keep warm.
Mix 1 tbsp. reserved flour mixture with 2 tbsp. water. Stir into pan drippings.
Cook, stirring, until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Heat through and spoon over chops.
