1/2 pound bacon, sliced 1/4" pieces
2 cloves garlic minced (can substitute garlic powder)
1 cup thinly sliced chicken or pork pieces
3 eggs slightly beaten
6 cups cooked rice, cooled
1/2 cup chopped green onions
soy sauce
olive oil

1 Large skillet
1 Small skillet

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet sauté pork or chicken with garlic in olive oil. Add bacon. Sauté till crisp.
Add green onions.

Scramble beaten eggs in a small pan and set aside.

Add rice to the meat mixture and sauté together making sure rice is not sticking together. Add eggs and soy sauce (whatever amount you prefer). Mix well and heat thoroughly.
