1 (10 oz ) package fresh spinach
1 point strawberries, sliced lenghthwise 1/4 inch thick
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3 tbls sugar
3 tbls water
2 tbls white vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions:

Rinse spinach and dry well. Tear into bite size pieces

Place in large bowl, add strawberries

Combine onion, sugar, water, vinegar, mustar, and oil. Whisk until well blended

Drizzle iver salad, toss to coat
