1 box yellow cake mix
7 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple rings
Non-stick spray

1 large mixing bowl
1 medium sauce pan
1 9" x 13" baking dish


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix in a large bowl according to instructions on box. Then set aside.

Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.

In a medium sauce pan, melt 7 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 cup of brown sugar. Heat till dissolved. Remove from heat.

Line the baking dish with pineapple rings. Pour brown sugar/butter mixture on top of pineapple rings. Pour cake mixture on top of pineapple rings/butter/sugar mixture, start from outer edges to center. Level the mixture.

Bake approx. 30 minutes at the temperature recommended on cake mix box. Do a toothpick test.

When cake is cooled, carefully flip baked cake onto serving plate.
