3 oz unsweetened chocolate
1⅔ Cups flour
⅔ Cup malted milk powder
1½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3½ sticks butter or margarine, softened
1 ⅓ Cups sugar
3 eggs
2½ tsp vanilla
1¼ Cups plus 2 Tbsp milk
¼ Cup cocoa powder
1¼ Cups 10x sugar
½ Cup malted milk balls

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Melt chocolate, grease and flour a 13x9 pan.
3. Combine flour, malted milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into one bowl
4. In another large bowl, beat 1½ sticks butter with sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then the vanilla and melted chocolate
5. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients alternately with the 1¼ Cups milk. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes
6. Beat 2 sticks of butter with 1 tsp vanilla. Beat in cocoa, 10x sugar and 2 Tbsp milk.
7. Frost cooled cake. Chop malted milk balls and sprinkle on top
