1 Cantaloupe melon, halved and seeded
½ Honeydew melon, seeded
¼ cup White sugar
¼ cup Lime juice (fresh)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Orange flavored liqueur (optional)
1½ teaspoon Grated lime peel
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 cup Seedless grapes (red, green, purple)

Directions:
1. Using a melon baller, scoop the flesh from the cantaloupe and the honeydew into balls; set aside.
2. In a large glass bowl, combine sugar, lime juice, lemon juice, orange liqueur and lime peel. Stir well to dissolve sugar.
3. Add the cantaloupe and honeydew balls, strawberries and grapes. Toss gently to combine.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend favors, stirring twice.
5. Spoon the fruit mixture into serving dishes. Serve immediately.
VARIATION for Tropical fruit version:
Substitute some melon balls for slices of kiwi, papaya and chunks of pineapple, mango cubes.
Add a little grated or ground ginger and a dash of coconut extract.
Try this version in a hollowed out pineapple half.

To make the melon bowl: Use a non-toxic marker to draw zigzag pattern on the melon skin.
Cut deeply into the fruit along the pattern, separate halves, seed and fill with fruit.
Variation: Use watermelon for the bowl and fruit; to add additional servings to above ingredients.
Star's choice: Do not forget to add the Orange Liqueur!
